It seems that all those free screenings didn't hurt Superbad. Seriously, they gave away a lot of free tickets to this one months in advance. Is Judd Apatow the new Kevin Smith? Possibly, lets hope he keeps his winning streak up, and stays far away from Ben Affleck.
The Invasion did very little to scare up audiences. Proving a bad idea is still a bad idea even with multiple re-shoots. Did we really need another body snatchers movie? Nope. The rest of the top 10 was pretty predictable, with Hairspray joining the 100 million list. I just don't understand it. Rush Hour held up pretty well considering how stupid it looks, those Wild Hogs audiences have to watch something else I suppose.
