ok. so looks great and all. but my initial impression is im not interested. One due to price. 500 for the base model with a 2 year cingular agreement. And to get any real use you will need a data plan, which on cingular isnt real cheap. as a phone, im sure it works like any other phone. as an mp3 player, hey thats great, but 4 gigs for the base model gets me nowhere, i would still need my regular mp3 player. As an email device, well, its hard to say without actually trying it, but typically touchscreen keyboards are inherently flawed for messenging due to lack of feedback that you get pushing an actual button. Its not going to work great for the "power user"(most likely). web browsing, really, its nice to be able to do stuff like that, sure, but a luxury, most people wont use it too often.  

In the end its probably going to be a great device, but the competition will come out with something more focused and cheaper that will compete well for someone like me. Until this thing has 30+gigs storage and most likely a better typing interface i wouldnt buy it. Plus it needs to be on sprint as unlimited data plans are cheap!

I wouldn't buy one. Mainly because I use my cell phone to make phone calls. The $500 price tag would be another reason. Those Apple yuppies will snap this up in a second.
