Do I really need to say anything more? It's not often when a modern horror film has an original story, is filled with gore, and is actually scary. Not to mention that the "creatures" are some of the creepiest ever conceived. For those lucky few that saw this in the theater, make sure to re-watch the film on DVD for the original U.K. ending, which was much darker in tone compared to it's US ending. Why can't American filmmakers do horror this well?
