Deerhoof Ballet

Pitchfork is reporting that a school in North Haven, Maine, has created a Ballet based on Deerhoof's Milkman. Titled the Milk Man Ballet, the performance had students of all ages dancing to the mysterious sounds of Deerhoof. Video of this crazy event can be found HERE

I don't know what to say, when I was in grade school we sang "We Didn't Start The Fire" in our music class. Times have changed. For those who haven't heard Milk Man, it's easily Deerhoof's best release and is definitely recommended.

We had to do a song and dance routine to America by Neil Diamond. We all had to jump and scream "TODAY!"...it was horrible.
